Please read these Terms of Service carefully before booking services or purchasing air conditioners from Lourds Aircool Service.

1. Services & Bookings

By submitting a service request via phone, WhatsApp, or our online form, you authorize our certified mechanics to visit your location to inspect and perform requested repairs. Diagnostic fees are flat-rate and will be waived if you approve the recommended repairs.

2. Warranties

We stand by the quality of our craftsmanship:

• Repair Warranty: All spare parts and compressor repairs carry a 90-day service warranty from date of invoice.
• Installation Warranty: AC mounting and piping work includes a 1-year leakage warranty.
• Pre-owned Sales: Certified second-hand ACs include a 6-month comprehensive warranty.

3. Customer Responsibilities

The customer must ensure safe, clear access to indoor units and outdoor brackets (masonry ledges, building shafts) for our technicians. If structural heights require specialized scaffolding, extra charges may apply with prior notice.

4. Payments

Payment is due immediately upon completion of service, installation, or delivery. We accept cash, UPI (GPay/PhonePe), and bank transfers. Detailed digital invoices are sent via WhatsApp or email.
